Belive it or not, we made into Time Out Chicago’s Personal Best for 2006 for the Feast of Fools Podcast. The article is a “partial list of artists and activists who reshaped the GLBT world in 2006 right here on the Third Coast.”
On the list is our good gal pal Jessica Halem and her partner Red Tremmel for their work in fighting breast cancer and promoting burlesque throughout the known universe. Respectively. Although we’re sure they will combine forces not just between the sheets, but on the streets.
Stay on the lookout next week as Jessica and Red appear on the show to promote promote Gurlesque Burlesque with Margaret Cho on Saturday January 13th.
