Heidi wears Mondo’s controversial dress that lost him the title of winner of Project Runway. Judges Michael Kors and Nina Garcia told Mondo he should remove the sleeves to show some skin and this is exactly what he did for this look but I question its effect.

Below is the dress with sleeves intact. I can’t believe I’m saying this, but who wore it better?
