Waiting in line at the Post Office to send out tshirts

We rely on people’s subscriptions, ad sales and t-shirt purchases to do our podcast. In order to send out these fabulous shirts, we rely on the good people at the U.S. post office to cheaply send our high fashion merchandise out there.

So when I’m waiting in line, I’m patient. Some others go nuts waiting for more than 5 minutes in line. In Chicago, that’s mostly white folks going insane.

White people will wait in line for days for their favorite movie, or when a new iPhone comes out, but will lose their shit waiting in line at the Post Office, because they are pissed that after voting for Republicans, who want to kill the US postal system, now there are only 2 employees when there used to be 10. This is what race is like in America.

You gotta be good to those people, they are delivering your mail.

Or as Monique likes to say “babies, You gotta be good to those people, they are delivering your mail.”
