How do I become a Feast of Fun Plus+ Member?


If you are already an existing member of Feast of Fun, use that option to set up the Plus+ account. If you accidentally set up an account using the new member registration, we can fix it so don’t worry. Just email support@feastoffun.com

If you are a new member use the new member registration.

After checkout you will receive a welcome email containing your login details for the membership. You can access your membership at anytime from the Feast of Fun site.

What Happens when I become a Feast of Fun Plus+ Member?


Becoming a Plus+ member will give you the best Feast of Fun experience available. You will get access to a range of additional exciting content exclusive to subscribers. This includes access to special offers and promotions, access to exclusive video cast content and digital downloads.

When you sign up to Feast of Fun Plus+ you will receive a welcome email containing your login details and RSS feed. Should you not get this email, please contact mail@feastoffun.com after checking the email hasn’t been caught in your spam filter. Please include the email address you used to sign up with and and we will resend your welcome email. Also, please check the email address associated with your Paypal account, as the welcome email may have been sent there.

Help! I just registered as member of Feast of Fun and I haven’t received my login or RSS details.


When you sign up to Feast of Fun Plus+ you will receive a welcome email containing your login details and RSS feed. Please include the email address you used to sign up with and and we will resend your welcome email. Also, please check the email address associated with your Paypal account, as the welcome email may have been sent there.

If you used an echeck to Paypal, there is a delay until the check clears. Contact us at mail@feastoffun.com with your payment information and we’ll give you free access until the subscription kicks in.

Where do I login to my Feast of Fun account?


You can access your account and all the Feast of Fun Plus+ content via feastoffun.com/plus

How do I cancel my Feast of Fun account?


You can cancel your Feast of Fun Plus+ Membership by logging into your account at feastoffun.com/plus then click “Access Your Thank You Page”. From there you can click the Unsubscribe button at the bottom of the page.

Alternatively you can cancel your Feast of Fun Plus+ Membership via your Paypal account.
If you would like to cancel your Plus+ subscription via PayPal, log into your PayPal account and go to the ‘History’ subtab of the ‘My Account’ tab. Choose “Subscriptions” from the drop-down “Show” menu and click “Submit”. Choose the Plus+ subscription, and click on its “Details” link. You will be taken to a Transaction Details page from which you may cancel your subscription.

Please note that canceling your subscription will immediately stop all future scheduled payments for this subscription and stop access to all Plus+ content.

Please be aware, if you cancel your subscription within 24 hours of a new billing cycle you will be charged for the entire new month and your subscription will end of the next billing cycle

How do I get access to my Feast of Fun RSS feed?


When you sign up to Feast of Fun Plus+ you will be provided with your own unique RSS feed. Your RSS feed can be accessed at any time by clicking on the “Access the Thank You Page” link from within the membership site.

Do I have to subscribe each month?


No, you subscription to Plus+ is recurring unless you cancel your membership.

How do I get technical and billing support?

Should Feast of Fun Plus+ Members stay subscribed to the the free RSS in iTunes?


No, your Feast of Fun Plus+ Membership provides you with with a unique RSS feed which gives you complete access to all content published by Feast of Fun. Alternatively, by using the username and password provided to you at sign up, you can log into the Feast of Fun Plus+ website and download content directly.

How do I subscribe to the Feast of Fun Plus+ in iTunes?

Simply click on the iTunes subscribe link included in your welcome email. This is a “one click subscribe” link.

Can I use a web based reader like Google Reader to access my Feast of Fun feed?


Technically yes but we do not recommend it. Web based readers such as Google Reader and Yahoo reader can often cause issues with the security system we use on our Plus+ feeds and you may find your feed being flagged due to the way these web based readers access it.

How many machines can I use my RSS feed? Can I use it at home and at work?


We secure your unique Plus+ RSS feed by limiting the amount of unique IP addresses that can access the feed in a 24 hour period. Currently our access limit is 3 IP addresses per 24 hours. So yes, you can have your Work computer and your Home computer both accessing your Plus RSS feed. Keep in mind however that roaming to different Wifi connections with a laptop, rebooting your DSL modem (if you don’t have a static IP), and accessing from portable devices such as iPhones, will potentially mean you are using a new unique IP.

If you do breach the access limit your RSS feed will let you know your account has been “Suspended” and you will need to contact mail@feastoffun.com to have it re-activated.
All Plus+ members are provided with a username and password which allows direct download of all Plus+ content.

How many Feast of Fun episodes do you guarantee a month and where can I get updates?


Each month we would like to guarantee at least ten shows. Usually we do much more than that. From time to time we will take breaks (at least two weeks at Christmas/New Year and summer) but we will announce them long in advance. We may also try out stand-in co-hosts for when one or both of the regular hosts takes a break. All of our Plus+ members will be notified of any major changes/disruptions or announcements via email.
