Valentine’s Day has come early this year! Our friend the comedian Ronn Vigh has found a sexy new man and has been busy snuggling up with him these long winter nights in San Francisco. Who […]

  1. Love Ronn. Thx for the show. Fancy gin still smells like pine trees… eek. One summer all we drank was Mr. Misty slushees from Dairy Queen w/ Tanqueray haven’t drank gin since. Que Ghetto!

I love hearing from well hung guest especially the delicious Ronn.
I saw Cyndi Lauper in Atlanta a few years ago. She was performing in a wheelchair because she had broken her foot. At one point in the show, her boa got caught in the spokes of her wheelchair and started choking her. I was certain we had another Isadora Duncan on our hands but like a real trooper she pulled through.
Have a great long weekend everyone!

I’m not even past the introduction to the show but I need to comment on something before I forget. I read somewhere that John Lennon had said that if the word on the ceiling had been “no” he would have left and never thought about her again. I am a big fan of Yoko Ono. I think it’s a shame that Beatles fans have given her a bum rap over the years and that so many people make fun of her. Listen to “Yes, I’m a Witch” and you can see her genius, and the impact she’s had on many of today’s artist. I also read that when a young Cyndi Lauper left home for the first time, setting out to discover herself, one of the few items she took with her was a copy of Grapefruit. 🙂

Okay, I’m not going to apologize for the lateness of your x-mas presents, because it now occurs to me that they were actually EARLY Martin Luther King Jr Day presents!

I love any show with Ronn. I’m glad to hear he’s head-over-heels! I love argyle, too. This show was one big love-fest.

I just found this photo of the New Museum in NYC — seems like an exuberant response to Yoko Ono’s ceiling piece. I love it!

p.s. if Fausto is late for another valentine’s dinner, I’d like Marc to know that SPAM comes in many flavors, including: honey, garlic, hot ‘n’ spicy, and, perhaps the most cringetastic, CHEESE. Or should I say, “cheese.” Scrumptious!

  5. PupDon, I love Yoko too and when people ask me who my favorite Beatle is I say “Yoko” and they usually laugh but they always think a little first.
Maia, thank you for the brain mold. I bought some jell-O last night!

  6. Maia says:

For some reason, my mom got REALLY into jell-O molds a few years ago. I don’t know why… her PTA potluck years are well behind her. She came up with some crazy stuff. Try substituting 1/2 of the water with ginger ale, and you’ll get sparkly jell-O. (Think worm-eaten brains. Yummm.)

Yoko is super sexy. Just sayin’…

  7. Ronn says:

Even worse, my family always maks this weird gelatinous Shrimp mold thing every holiday- sometimes round but sometimes in a shape of this giant fish mold that has been in our family for years. Oh, and I like any show with me on it, too!

    !R!
