It’s okay to eat chicken and waffles. Really. But some people think it’s gross, even though Oprah several years ago talked about how she just loved to put away a plate of grilled chicken and waffles. I’ve had them too and it’s delicious!
Sadly though, a Chicago and a Los Angeles restaurant specializing in the exotic dish are battling it out in court over the name.
Roscoe’s House of Chicken ‘n Waffles claims that it’s name is being stolen by Chicago based Rosscoe’s House of Chicken and Waffles. Who will win the great Chicken and Waffles legal battle? It could get ugly folks.

The health agency says that the gray surface paint on the teeth contains excessive levels of lead, violating Federal lead paint standards, and of course offending thousands of people living in the rural SouthEastern U.S. Will we see these teeth relaunched as “Sons of the Soil Teeth?”

I’m with you Fausto! Chicken and waffles when done right is delicious. In fact, the best chicken and waffles I have ever had was in Chicago, at a place called Kitsch’n, 2005 W Roscoe St (@ Damen Avenue). A date took me there and it was great!

I actually dont mind bigger guys, but I find that most of them think they can just rely on their size…lol! So I don’t turn down guys with big dicks….the guy I’m seeing right now has a big dick! The Chicago Rosscoe’s agreed to changed its name yesterday. From what I hear, the greatest insult Rosscoe’s was giving to the real Roscoe’s was serving bad food and having bad service.
the olympic torch protests and threats of boycotts are well meaning, but misdirected. the olympics are not supposed to be political or forums to solve disputes. did we not learn our lesson from moscow/los angeles?
two kennidi shows in a row? i just about creamed my pants… back on the ranch, i grew up in a home built in the 20s. i remember distinctly putting paint chips into my mouth as a child. sure enough, it was recently confirmed our house was a hot bed of lead…at least this explains why i was always in the special group at school and rode the short bus.

Kennidi. I love So You Think You Can Dance. I was so excited to spot them during Idol gives back. I watched the premiere of Step it up and dance… not impressed so far. Gonna check out the second episode tonight.

Marilyn Monroe was not a plus size, size 13 back than does not mean its a size 13 today. Due to big company’s markerting they made the size number smaller so the buyer feel better wearing a smaller size. Back than the sizing was standard so if you are size what you are size what for all brands. Now the sizeing are different from name brand to name brand. And by the Vogue Patterns sizeing, size 6 is 30.5-23-32.5 inch so I don’t think that is plus size at all unless you are Kate Moss. and size 14 is only 36-28-38 inches. So no one is size 0,unless you want to fall into the big company/media’s sizeing than fine you are a size 0 and size 6 is plus size if that makes you happy.
So what size was Marilyn?
on her webpage “Measurements: 37-23-36 (Studio’s Claim); 35-22-35 (Dressmaker’s Claim)” if those were true she would wear a size 12 with 4 inches off the waist. (size 12, 34-26.5-36)
THOSE measurements would make her a plus size model in todays world… back then Jack, being curvy was beautiful, but in todays world if u have curves or a normal body ur considered plus. Its sad but true, why we have so many issues with girls and their eating disorders. You dont see curvy women on screen unless they are old, u dont see them on a magazine unless they are promoting a plus size product. Take for a great example, if u watch Top Model, the plus size girl Whitney, doesn’t look like she should be plus period, but in today’s world she is.
