When you guys were talking about prices and which seems like more. I totally see Fausto’s point. $30 visually looks smaller than $29.99 and seems less complicated. This also reminded me of my grandmother who lived in a nursing home. She thought everything was $100. Didn’t matter if it was a car or a Coke. “Hey grandmother may I have some money for the Coke machine?”
Feast of Fun really is my first source for what is going on. I heard it here first about Garrison Keillor’s stroke. Hope he gets well soon.
It’s called “Fuck U Penguin”.

Thank you! I love that website.
Good question about health care was brought up by you. Why don’t either of you have health insurance? Do either of you work, or doesn’t you employer have heath care? Should you look for a full time jobs with benefits, or do you think the working class should pay for ALL you basic needs?
Thanks for a great show.
Ken
I haven’t had a job that offered healthcare without having to pay for it since 1993.
Just finished watching the keynote and Norah Jones was the guest btw
I’m so glad you guys talked about the Autotune correction on “Glee.” I love the show, I really do… but I agree 100%… these are supposed to be High School kids. Let them shine as they are! I think we need to start a campaign against Autotuning music! I’ll be the poster child for that campaign!
Obama’s speech was transformative and historic, but again I agree that Joe Wilson did more to help the cause by not being able to keep him big trap shut and disrespecting the President. Just further proof that the naysayers, especially the Extreme Right, either have something blocking their ears or their brains.
I thought about you guys when Obama was talking about those who do not have health insurance. It’s a terrible thing to even think about… there are SO many people out there who just cannot afford it on their own if they have no other means to get it. The Public Option is NECESSARY. I’m glad Obama refused to give up on that.
