Ay dios mio, Ugly Betty is over!
Much like the publishing industry the TV show portrays, the popular series was canceled, forcing producer Silvio Horta to wrap up the story line of the homely Betty Suarez and the fabulous fashion magazine where she worked.
The show was not only a huge breakthrough for Hispanic people, but for gay folks as well, giving us some incredibly touching moments between gay men of different generations.
Ugly Betty will always be beautiful in our hearts.
So like Maria Von Trapp said in the Sound of Music, whenever God Closes a door, he opens a window, and so we’re hoping that Glee, with its stellar season and flawless rendition of Madonna’s Vogue will pick up the slack where Ugly Betty left off.
Join us as we talk about the hot news of the day:
Two Argentinean convicts escape prison by disguising themselves as sheep.
Deville the Evil Swiss clown who makes a living stalking children for their birthdays.
Larry King files for divorce
And Mike Huckabee responds to the “adopt puppies” slam by trying to discredit M.C. Tracey the student journalist who conducted the interview.

Fausto, I think you are spot on regarding the writing on UB with Marc St. James and justin. Very touching
i have to say i’m flattered to be name-checked in this episode and even more flattered to be referred to as “a hunk in new york” but i must insist on coming on to the show again to defend my relationship with alan thicke and all the “diddling” he did with me!!
i saw an interview with him maybe a year ago or so and he barely kept the crazy prophecy/god talk under wraps.
