Awesome show today guys! Loved the portion on Sophia Loren, what an actress! My favorite role Sophia ever did would be the film adaption of Alberto Moravia’s novel Two Women. Sophia won an Oscar that year and for good reason. Her performance was flawless! If you get a chance to catch a pristine print of it in Italian with clear subtitles you will not be disappointed! Funny enough FOF guest Mo’Nique parodied that film in Precious, where she was playing Sophia’s role.
She also did a film in the 70′s called Lady Liberty that had a cameo from transgender Warhol superstar Candy Darling.
