Long after Kwanzaa candles have been blown, the Hanukkah draddle has been spun and Old Saint Nick is back polishing his candy cane at the North Pole, Glitter Day, the LGBT centric holiday, will be there to celebrate the glittery stuff in everyone.

Today the guys from Rye Bread Radio join us to talk about how holidays, religions and cultures build upon each other.

I laughed so hard at the “Shaggy getting out the Jiff” impression I almost ran off the road! For straight boys they are hysterical! Hope PT 2 tomorrow is just as funny.

Thanks for asking my question on the show! :-D

I don’t like the taste of rye bread either. It turns out it’s the caraway seeds that give it that anise/black-licorice flavor that I hate. If you make rye bread without caraway seeds, it’s just a dark, slightly sweet bread. For some reason, though, almost all rye bread in the US has caraway seeds in it.
