1. my delicious huzzband, who was around when the earth cooled, reminds me that during the primaries in the 70′s Carter supporters were dreaming of Reagan winning the primaries. Dan Savage reminded us on his podcast that he urged people to vote for Bush in open primary states. Be careful what you wish for…
2. abs, i swear by a $10 ab wheel. when i first got one i could barely do 5, now I can do 10 starting from a standing position (vs on knees). don’t have time to make it to the gym? no big deal, i can always do abs at home. i keep it in the living room, discreetly hidden but never far away.
