Although I have to say that even though I am single, ever since I went on the pill for medical reasons over a year ago I’ve gained about 10 pounds and have been working to lose some of that weight by changing my diet. Of course most women are on birth control regardless of their relationship status, and when they are in a relationship and still on birth control, they might gain even more weight.
Of course as long as you exercise regularly and have a strict healthy diet, you can’t blame the pill on everything, but I have to say it’s been hard being on this strict diet, not being able to eat all the food I used to enjoy. You men are lucky you don’t have accursed hormones that can drastically effect your lives, sure, not all women are burdened by their hormones, but not me.
I would miss my husband so much and probably eat my way back to the American standard.
Was someone looking for a hot and sexy Italian man? i will be in chi-town for Market Days. Bring it!
BTW, I love that you talk so much now about working out and fitness. i love to hear what works for you.
