    “Go Set a Watchman” is probably a reference to Atticus sitting outside Tom Robinson’s cell to protect him from a mob that was trying to kill him. He sat outside it as a watchman (like a guard) to prevent Tom’s killing… this happened in TKaM. He was successful in keeping Tom safe by doing so, but partly because Scout showed up and scared off some of the mob back to their families.
