President’s Day, a day where we celebrate the contribution of many of our nation’s great presidents has come and gone, but one thing we’re often asked is which presidents were gay or even a little tranny?

Do any of these political leaders look gay to you?

On today’s show we examine the sexual legacy of Presidents George Washington, Abraham Lincoln and other founding fathers. George Washington may not have been gay but he did raise marijuana and may have even toked up a bit. He also like to design uniforms for the nation’s new army and even decorated his home Mount Vernon which makes you think.

Abraham Lincoln shared beds with men throughout his life and even while in the White House. While there isn’t proof positive that he was gay, the Log Cabin Republicans are proud to call them one of their own.

He may not have been president but, I wonder why gay republicans’ don’t adopt Alexander Hamilton as their political icon? After all, he was conservative by today’s standards, he’s on the pink 10 dollar bill and there’s hard evidence of romantic relationships with men and women. Talk about bipartisanship!

Speaking of which, who decided that the $10 bill would have pink overtones and the $5 lavender hues? Our money sure looks gay. Be sure to friend Gaybraham Lincoln on Facebook, he’s a riot.

We’re hearing rumors of a Dolly Parton/Barack Obama connection, similar to the Abraham Lincoln / JFK conspiracy. Will it pan out? We’re looking for real data to make the connection.

Local party promoter Carlos Torres joins us to talk about the presidents and the news.

Facebook’s new terms of service is causing a lot of controversy on the internet. Could it possibly be true that everything you ever post on Facebook would be owned by the company forever? Well, the company has reverted to old policy because of the public outcry.

A West Virginia religious fundamentalists group targets gays in a controversial video that may advocate violence against gay people. The ad portrays the American family under attack and suggests that West Virginians should attack first.

The world’s largest collection of Barf Bags is held by the Smithsonian but Niek Vermeulen of the Netherlands is giving them a run for their money. He’s collected over 3,700 barf bags from over 800 different airlines and another 10,000 spare bags. You can also check out these fab barf bag blogs, by Rune and by Kelly. Carlos is holding a viewing party for “A Sealed Fate” a bold new documentary about the plight of baby seals at the Silver Room in Chicago on Wednesday December 3. The documentary follows Nigel Barker of “America’s Next Top Model” as he witnesses the hunt for the the baby seal pelts.

Gerry is showing his photography work at Ache, Gigi Deluxe’s big art event in Pilsen this Friday November 14th at “2nd floor Gallery” in the heart of Pilsen.

President Elect Barack Obama and first lady to be Michelle made a historic visit to the earlier this week White House, hanging out with the Bushes and measuring for new drapes.

But will disgruntled Republican steal all the O’s from the computer keyboards before they leave like the Clinton staff did with the “W” when Bush came into office? You heard it here first folks.

We discuss free speech and art as Ira Isaacs goes to trial on obscenity charges for producing what his very own lawyer claims is very disgusting art. What is in question is to what extend do we allow free speech and how do we decide what is a punishable crime. His lawyer argues that no matter how gross his work is, it has merit or therapeutic value to someone somewhere.

The trial is having a hard time finding jurors to sit on the jury as most of them are repulsed by the the awful depictions of human degradation. Some potential jurists have even said that they would vomit if they had to sit for the trial.

Baby Makin Aiken! Clay Aiken is expecting his baby in August with his 50 year old music producer Jaymes, a woman. It is now confirmed and he even syas he has more embryos in storage for future pregnancies. I think Clay will now have a new career as a stud for the Claymates. Just imagine a whole new progeny from his fire crotch loins. You know they say that one in two hundred men on the planet is related to Ghengis Khan. Maybe someday our descendants will be able to trace their lineage back to the Baby Makin’ Aiken.
