Chico the Chihuahua Narrowly Escapes Owl Attack

Little Chico the chihuahua was almost made a meal of by a great horned owl while his owner took him out for a walk last Wednesday evening. The only thing that saved him was that the owl’s sharp talons couldn’t pierce the jacket he was wearing.

The owner claims that poor little Chico is still so shaken up that he won’t walk at night anymore.
