From what I learned, H&M has a HORRIBLE workplace culture..
Staffs are like sweatshop laborers, technology and POS systems are 20 years old, they do not even have an online store, and still relying heavily on papers and faxes with limited use of emails.. The management (even in HQ) are incompetent. They appears to be internally promoted without any outside perspective or experience… it is one of those companies where goals will never see a horizon.
Hopefully this is an awakening for the company to move ahead with time. (No, I don’t work for H&M, but I HATE H&M cause I was treated like cattles in their shop in Chicago!)
