This routine is perfect for those who just can’t make it to the gym or want to get an AWESOME pump before going out for the night. By contracting/flexing your muscles as hard as you can you are forcing blood to the area and using up energy to burn calories while gaining mass and strength.

Don’t believe me? Try talking to someone who has had to flex for a long period of time during a fitness competition or fitness photoshoot. Oh wait, that’s me! It works! :) Give it a try!

    • This concept of low-impact, flexing, stretching at home no-weight bodybuilding workouts could be it’s own series, honestly. It’s a great approach, and helps train the mind into how the muscle works. Great stuff Scott.
