Wonder why they keep testing everything in Rwanda while it is developed in the US. Like Fausto said, there would be a whole bunch of people in the US would volunteer to test the product.
@Michael, They did said something about the Mchip sending info back to the hospital. Hopefully Anonymous or you can choose to be. Otherwise, the people would be exploded with the PRIVACY thing again.
