Court Declares DOMA Unconstitutional!

A Federal Judge in Boston has ruled that the Defense of Marriage Act or DOMA is unconstitutional!  Part of me wants to say, “well duh!”, but I wont look a gift horse (judge) int he mouth.  It will likely be appealled, sadly by the Obama admins own Justice Department who shamefully are always finding themsleves onthe wrong side of history with these horrid rotten laws left over from previous administrations.  Let’s hope that the Supremes follow this obvious precedent.
