I’m dumbfounded. The government took 10 years to give health benefits to first responders because the Republicans and W. Bush himself gave it no priority at all. In fact, they even fought against giving the benefits when Pelosi and Reed took over the Congress and then again when Obama took the White House. WHA?? Finally, the Democrats get it together and pass the law, and Republicans tack on a stipulation that all First Responders be investigated for terrorist activities before they get any health benefits. Do they not have a clear leader in that party because it’s the Anti-christ himself running their show?!
