Rick Perry’s popularity is rising….well rising that is if you hate his latest video where he lambastes the country for allowing gays to openly serve in the military but don’t let the poor little children celebrate Christmas.
Perry, current Governor of Texas, is running for the Republican Presidential nomination and currently has the most hated video on YouTube – topping the prior most hated video “Friday” by Rebecca Black.
As of this posting, more than 350,000 people officially “dislike” Perry’s video where as a mere 254,000 people hate Rebecca’s video.
Way to go Gov!

a post on tumblr has been going around encouraging people to flag the video for hateful and abusive content. I dunno how many people have flagged it, I did it for shits n’ giggles, but I’m guessing it won’t get taken down, I mean, it’s created a meme and has become quite popular on sites like tumblr, for instance, there is one blog dedicated to taking a GIF of Rick Perry from that video, and overlaying it with text of “unpopular opinions” it’s quite amusing
