Time Out Chicago Creates Fake Gaga

Time Out Chicago punk’d the city with a fake Lady Gaga. The look-alike is a southside Chicago girl often gets mistaken for the Costumed One so Time Out dressed her up and took her around the city to gauge people’s reaction.
