I shot this pic during a taping of “Fashion Police” with Joan Rivers. Before the camera rolled, Kelly lifted up her skirt and pulled down her Spanx–in front of a live studio audience! Fashion Police, I’m making a Citizen’s Arrest.

   I’m going to have to agree. She should be arrested just because that is a trip-to-the-bathroom kind of activity. If you wanna TALK about the fact that you wear them so as to help women and girls who fight with their weight more confidence – -cause you ain’t perfect either. That is ok, but showing them off? Um, no. Especially not to an attentive (I mean you are supposed to be a celebrity in front of a bunch of fans,) captured audience.
