On March 19, the Superior Court of California will decide whether to hear my anti-gay workplace discrimination case against Korn/Ferry International, the largest executive recruitment firm in the world. Korn/Ferry is trying to exploit a legal loophole to get my case dismissed. If Korn/Ferry succeeds, a legal precedent will be set allowing businesses headquartered in states where sexual orientation protections do exist to require employees in states without anti-discrimination laws to sign away their workplace protections.
