A new robot has been created that will automatically debone a ham – a process that typically requires human intervention due to the irregular, soft meat! But now robots have been fitted with knives and are planning on replacing humans in food processing. Prior to this, it would take 20 humans an hour to de-bone 500 hams, now with the addition of robots it’s down to 10 humans.
