VIDEO: An Now a Public Service Announcement about Recycling and 80s Haircuts

What a gem from the early 90′s! The “Take it Back Foundation” was an awareness campaign aimed to get people to recycle cans.

The glamorous ad campaign managed to get an impressive lineup of celebrities: Stevie Wonder, Ozzy Osbourne, Bette Midler, Pat Benatar, Al B. Sure, Barry White, and the cartoon talents of Bugs Bunny, MC Skat Kat.

I’m not sure why, but their mascot was a big cartoon Yak. Hilarious! I’m sure Paula Abdul was asked to be a part of it, but somehow lost the address to the recording studio.
