I know this is old news but some of the gay community seem to be in denial or not looking at what happened here. I am here to say, Thomas Flanagan ripped people off. I had a friend coming in from Tokyo for a month. found an apt.. On Craigslist..It was Thomas Flanagan. Flanagan took his depost money and then sort of vanished under a barrage of excuses, one that family members had died in a car crash out East..Then later via emails, he changed his tune, said he was a lawyer..said people who don’t have signed contracts deserve to be out of their money. he made promises, he made contrite, he mainly flapped his jaw and enjoy toying with my friend trying to get his money back.Flanagan had even originally told my friend he would pick him up at the airport..My friend arrived with his friend from Toyko with no place to stay.. Later we find that Lady Vera Walker has run this scam many many times. The guy has deep pathological problems. compulsion is one of them.Their are detectives who caught him, he is not an innocent. He might look good to some in lipstick, wigs and clothes that accent his pudginess, but the truth the guy is a grifter, a scam artist and probably a bit pyschopathic based on my interchanges with him and his profile. I wish the community that somehow thinks that none of this is true would acknowledge that he didn’t allegedly rip people off. HE DID. Period. and if they think it’s cute then they should put up the lost money, in my friends case $250.00 and then they can embrace the fake.eddie
