    He might know what he’s talking about from a dancers perspective… but I thought him out there on The 4Th Dimension reference. I will have to check out the book in person, as it only has one review on Amazon.com and as with most books the first one is usually the author or a friends it seems in the way it is always reviewed.

    I bought the book. Got it in the mail today. I read the whole thing. I have actually done a lot of the poses in group classes at my gym. I like the pictures and it helps to understand it better by seeing a description of the stretch and the muscles it works. I will let you know in a few months if it has help me reach contortionist levels….or at least a full split.

Brandon and I (Fit and Fabulous) are Judging the 2nd annual Weho Go Go Dancers Appreciation Day Competition along side of Michelle Visage (I was kinda hoping it would be Sharon Needles as Michelle Visage).
