It’s the end of January, or gym-u-ary, when a lot of people are hoping to get into shape. Unfortunately, for many people, these goals become short lived and they soon quit their workout programs.

Four years ago, Michael McBride was up late one night eating pizza when one of those fitness infomercials came on– and 90 days later, he lost 25 pounds.

  2. Michael is exactly right! P90X does work. I was very thin and in 9 weeks I gained 15lbs of muscle. I got bored and moved onto P90X2 and now I am on 3. It’s addicting and works fast although it’s not an easy program. This was much cheaper than a gym membership.
