Sad to here Rupaul only has two seasons left, It’s not surprising given the fact that second tier digital cable reality shows are on a limited budget and Los Angles is the most expensive city to produce a show. California doesn’t give the tax breaks that say Geriga offers. Immagin with me for a minute if world of wonder was to move RuPaul back to ALanta they could do it tax free saviving major BIANCA BUCKS. Consider the fact production crew cost 25% more in a union town like LA. This is why most reality television is filmed outside of California, New York, and Chicago because of the Oprah ta.
Think about this every priduction year Union camera , lightning and othe production staff gets a union mandated raise. Do you think Matthew Anderson has gotten a big fat raise yet?? Most likely yes, this is part of the reason Paula Abdul left American idol she cost too much money.
Network shows don’t last more then ten years can Drag Race Do it??
It was a false alarm. But it wouldn’t surprise me at ALL if RuPaul’s Drag Race moved it’s production to the East coast. As long as they can get the celebrities to show up for scale, it’s all good.
