After an 11 year martini break, Will & Grace is back on TV with the show’s original cast, writers and directors. Eric McCormack, Debra Messing, Sean Hayes and Megan Mullally are finally the perfect age to play the oddball New York aristocrats.

Today we take a look at the new Will and Grace TV reboot. Can the show survive in a web streaming world where LGBT characters go full frontal?

Why on Earth would she want to enter that dreadful bar? She’s just the wrong ‘style’ for the place, don’t you have gay bars for specific styles like bears etc too in the US ? Same here + France loved uniformity
Hey! PLEASE WATCH THE GOLDEN GIRLS™ AGAIN
Gay characters on GG are usually very happy once they’re out and mentally sane to the point of boring so PLEASE don’t forget who paved the way.
Great podcast as usual, long time listener here! Love from Paris xx

    Edit: loves* uniformity
Trivia: ‘La Toilette’ doesn’t mean toilets :/
Fun Fact: Will & Grace was aired on France’s first channel, the French dubbing made it sound homophobic and extremely dumb.

I can’t find the link right now, it was in the comments on the Pink News piece about Violet Chachki (the article was in French but I know Marc speaks French so check it out) – but Le Dépot has a very different story. She had already gotten into the club, had been there awhile and was filming/live posting from the *sling room*, which is strictly forbidden. Had nothing to do with how femme/masc she was. The story had the video that she posted (then later deleted) from Instagram. Always two sides to every story, and seems hers was not super accurate.
