   It reminds me of Myanmar (Burma). Maybe they have a makeup artist from Myanmar because in Myanmar people use a white paste to protect their skin from the sun.

     I’ve seen makeup artist’s use loose powder, to keep eye makeup from falling on the face. But forget to dust it off? This is Regoddamndiculous!

   Definitely a trend from Asia since in Japan, Korea etc. creams which make the skin more white have been always popular.

   Drag trick, extra powder til eyes are done ,then brisk fluffing swipes with a huge soft brush and bronzer. This final step is imperative and when forgotten ( possibly due to yes a giddy coke fest in an attempt to bond with said celeb-serpent) can leave shtar looking chalk-faced.
