Berlin could definitely use the cash, they still depend on money from West-Germany. The city and the area around still receives Billions to improve the infrastructure and economy. Although they have wasted a lot of money for prestige projects like a new huge building for the German Intelligence Agency or the upcoming reconstruction of the former Berlin city palace, now called “humboldt forum”.
Why Greece should need a little ganja, they have nothing to worry about, we pay for them. 😉
Reminds of all the bad jokes which are popular in Germany now, like:
