  1. Love it! Tracy seemed to enjoy the food the most. You guys look quite exhausted. Have a good rest!

“If you don’t think about the future, you can`t have one.” hmm… on the other hand if you think too much about the future you cannot enjoy the present.

  2. filpmire says:

I love how scared that family is in the background!

  3. Michael says:

Marc – did you say “No one likes a skinny tranny?” Eat Poppa Eat!

  4. OK, I have a question. Why does Fausto pronounce it “Boo-fey?”
I’ve always heard and pronounced it “Buf-A” (like you’re buffing the floor or your car, followed by a long “A”)

Is it a Chicago dialect? I’ve noticed this in a few different shows….

    Inquiring minds want to know.

  5. Both pronunciations are fine. I say “boo fay” when I’m trying to exaggerate the word or French it up.

  6. Either is fine, but I always think the “Jimmy Buffet”, as in Lost in Margaritaville sounds a bit tacky, even for an all-you-can-eat Chinese Boo-fay.

  7. Cliff Dix says:

Tracy honey I love those fried foods too. Yummy!

  8. Nick says:

I’ve never seen a sexier woman than Tracy Tyler! =)

Love it when you get her on the show

Keep up the good work guys

    xx

I personally don’t see what the big deal is with Tracy being at a buffet. In fact, it isn’t any different from anyone else who goes. I find myself having a weakness for buffets as well. Chinese buffets are good for the most part. But unlike Old Country Buffet, Golden Corral, and Ryans; Chinese buffets aren’t totally the same at every location. So each one will have something different from another Chinese buffet. Even for the same items, they don’t taste completely the same. I have yet to find 2 Chinese buffets to have the same General TSO’s chicken that tastes the same, or even lo mein.

Other than Chinese Fausto, Marc, and Tracy; if you ever go to an area that has Ryans, then you need to try them out. While owned by the same people that owns Old Country Buffet, they operate separate from them, and they have much better food than Old Country Buffet.

For everyone else; I have a tip that might help with people not feeling like they pigged out as much at a buffet. If you can deal with starving yourself for a few hours prior to going to a buffet, then you should be able to eat at one, and not feel as stuffed from one. I’ve done enough buffets that I have a plan when I go to one of those places. If there’s lots of food that I want, then I only take smaller portion sizes of each item, just so I can have everything I like. If I want more of that item, then I’ll make a second trip for that item. I average 3-4 plates (depending on how quickly I fill up), and get dessert. The buffet will be my meal that day.

I seem to like lunch buffets the best, as it’s usually cheaper than dinner, and especially Chinese buffets, I find more food I like at a lunch buffet. I have found Chinese buffets at dinner time tend to have more exotic dishes that I won’t touch.
