back at my art college they had this thing called the Battle of Forsyth where students would dress up in cardboard armor and fight each other with cardboard weapons in Forsyth park…but then people started getting seriously injured and they had to ban it. Foam is much safer…
In the 90s they had foam parties in the gay bars, but it’s not quite the same thing.
