Yeah, glad you are back, it is hard to live without the daily dosis.
A good show to cover just a touch of stuff that can help you get into shape. As I’ve shared privately with you guys, most of the weight loss is due to what you eat… 10% is due to exercise…which helps you mentally, to tighten up stuff and up your metabolism. But as one goes along, finding controlled fasting for 18 hours (your last meal is by 6pm and you can eat again by 1pm… though you can eat vegetables to get you through that fasting, and you are sleeping for 8 of those hours and wouldn’t have eaten four hours before bed anyway, so not so bad) will force your body to burn food more efficiently. Also 30 grams of protein (can be powder mixed with water) within 30 minutes of waking helps you to boost your metabolism 50%. Also out there is 10 minute cold showers apron waking (72 degrees and below) over the back of your neck and shoulders and an ice pack for 20 minutes at night for 20 minutes (or ice baths) will force your body to burn at a higher rate to bring your body back to the 98 degree mark. As for cardio… sprinting types of exercises burn more calories over time than do long distance cardio that wears down muscle… all these and many more are out there to hack the body.
Yeah in summary- if it gets you moving, watching what you eat (and eating more fresh vegetables) and lifting, go for it!
