To my pleased surprise, I was walking by a local bookstore in Providence a few weeks ago and saw that Mr. Killmer-Purcell was having a reading that afternoon.
I read the book back in October and absolutely loved it – one of the few I’ve read at one session recently.
Really, read it – he brings you into Aqua’s world and keeps you there – and once it was over, it took me a while to come back.
The reading was wonderful, Josh was even more charming in person than on the podcast, and I got a fabulous Aqua autograph.
Told him I’d heard him on the FOF (which brought a big smile to his face) – don’t think I would have found the book otherwise. That would have been my loss – definitely in my top five for the year.
