The future of the Internet belongs to websites that allow interesting folks to do interesting things together, whether it’s for sex, politics, art or just trolling around.

Today comedian Heather Gold joins us to take a look at some new sites for collaborating and how the Internet is changing the way we relate to each other.

  1. Here’s a link to the canv.as thread if you guys can see it.

  2. Dag says:

Fausto, regarding your facebook page (which i’m a friend)… one thing we can’t do is post to your wall. which i think is a bitt odd! i so wanted to wish U a happy bday and could not. huggz – Dag

  3. Angela says:

Oh, I hate being one of those bisexuals who always whines about erasure, but it kinda bums me out when people paint Ani Difranco’s union with a man as a betrayal of her lesbian fanbase. According to Wikipedia, she identifies as bisexual, and while I don’t presume to speak for her, *IF* she’s anything like me, she didn’t stop fancying girls after she hooked up with a guy. As the Church Lady from SNL once said, a bisexual is “someone who reaches down the front of somebody’s pants and they’re satisfied with whatever they find!”

Also, if Heather wanted to enjoy socialized medicine AND legal prostitution, she should have moved here to New Zealand. We’ve got both. 😉

  4. Very relevant to our convo yesterday & the independent TED events happening this month. Great episode with great timing!
