However, taking charcoal pills after drinking alcohol is not a good idea! Alcohol dehydrates your organism, which is itself dangerous, but charcoal pills do that too! So be careful, or you might end up in emergency room.
Drink much water and take vitamins or drink still juices.

We went to an aircraft carrier when we were at Corpus Christi Beach this summer for a family reunion. It might be a good way to “book end” the year…
