The best medicine may not always be found at a pharmacy or in a doctor’s office; sometimes it comes in the form of a four-legged friend.
When Dogs Heal is a photo essay project that tells the stories of HIV positive people and how their dogs got them through some of life’s darkest moments and helped them discover peace and joy in life.
Joining us is writer Zach Stafford, who when he’s not busy exposing injustices he’s finding HIV positive people to interview about their unique relationships to their dogs.

Listened to 3 minutes only. How can you hate any loving animal. My cat loves me with much less maintenance. Next podcast, please.
Oh come on, we were only joking. I love pussies too.
I love dogs and pigs as well!
All right, I did listen. I couldn’t resist and Zach was a total charmer. It was a very interesting and fun podcast. I am glad I did not look over it because of a small amount of pussy bigotry.
Marc being sure isn’t Marc taking it personal. I hate it when one party is compassionate about something and contradicting the other party, the other party automatically stops using legitimate arguments and starts making innuendoes. That’s not polite nor proving you’re right. Data makes you right.
Hard to comment because it’s been too long to remember what you are referencing, but I appreciate your input.
