We’ve been working hard on launching some new exciting things on the site for you, and to announce it all we’re going to have a special live video podcast, streaming on the site on Wednesday 8 PM Central time.

UPDATE: We updated the time to 8pm Wednesday September 21 since we are going up to the Great Lakes Naval Station on Tuesday to celebrate the repeal of DADT which takes effect at noon that day! No joke.
Fausto Fernós is the host of iTunes’ #1 LGBT talk show, the Feast of Fun podcast, which he produces and hosts with his partner, Marc Felion.
Born in San Juan, Puerto Rico, Fausto Fernós created the Feast of Fools in 1998 as wacky artists variety show in Chicago, Illinois. Feast of Fun grew out of an audio blog to promote the live show into the world’s most downloaded talk show aimed for gay people.
When he’s not blogging, recording or sleeping, Fausto can be found at the gym or appreciating the beauty found in nature.

Will the live podcast work on an iPad or iPhone? I won’t be able to view on an actual PC until later tonight (Work monitors and blocks quite a bit)

Hmmm … I find it interesting that the announcement falls on the same day and hour as legislation takes effect allowing open service by homosexuals in the U.S. military. Are you guys announcing that you are joining the Army on the buddy system and forming the core of an all gay Army unit? Is the star epaulette going to be your unit’s uniform insignia?
For that, I would surely reenlist. Oo-rah!!

Unfortunately the video chat is limited to a handful number of people. We’re going to be on Ustream the following day at 8pm central, since a lot of people have asked us for that time/date instead.
