Sad news folks- our dear friend Victoria Lamarr, born Matthew Bogseth passed on to the fabulous celestial plane today. She was a close friend and drag mom & sister to many. She will be remembered forever as one of the earliest video bloggers. RIP V-MARR.

Born in San Juan, Puerto Rico, Fausto Fernós created the Feast of Fools in 1998 as wacky artists variety show in Chicago, Illinois. Feast of Fun grew out of an audio blog to promote the live show into the world’s most downloaded talk show aimed for gay people.
When he’s not blogging, recording or sleeping, Fausto can be found at the gym or appreciating the beauty found in nature.

This is beautiful tribute, Fausto. I am so happy to have known Victoria personally, and am very saddened by her loss. When I think of the early days of FOF, I think of her right after you and Marc. She was such an instrumental piece of the show and her spirit will live on with the show forever. My love and my thoughts are with you and Marc, and all who knew and loved her.
woah this is sudden, totally did not see this coming, I’m a bit shocked to be honest. I’ve been listening to FOF since early 2006, so I was fortunate to hear/see Victoria during her hayday on the show, all her impersonations and performances were always super entertaining. I would think about her from time to time, wondering if she was still doing okay, I can’t remember the last time she was on the show? It’s at least been a year or more. I remember her talking about the dark times she went through aside from dealing with her HIV/AIDs, so it is a little assuring to hear that it was simply the disease that caused her passing, that may be morbid sounding, but I think it would have been more tragic if she died from a drug overdose/alcoholism since that was something she struggled if I remember correctly.
This memorial piece was very well-put together, Victoria was a wonderful person who brought so much joy and entertainment to this podcast, she was truly a beautiful soul, I am sure she’s in a much better place now, I am grateful to have been a listener of the show when she was a frequent guest.

Very sad news. Victoria was pure gold. In the old days whenever Victoria was on the show, my eyes would light up. Thanks for this wonderful tribute.
The Most Beautiful Woman On the Internet. I was just thinking of V-Marr, hoping she would be back on the show. V-Marr was a regular when I first discovered the podcast in 2006. Her charm and humor was in part what got me hooked. This is really sad news. She was truly a unique spirit, and this world is fortunate to have had her. Love you.
