    What would be totally amazing is that there’d be a system where I would be able to have sex with a new guy, say… every week. And everytime I would gradually get healthier, the next guy I’d get to sleep with would be gradually be hotter and hotter. Then when I am waking up at 5 am and I’m debating whether I should go to the gym, I could tell myself, “If I get out of bed right now and go to the gym, the guy I fuck this weekend could be hotter than the one I fucked last week.”

  7. I think most important to stay healthy, fit are the basics. A good sleep and food. I read men should sleep 7 hours or more every night.

    Doing sport is also important but some guys just doing too much. Even when they are tired they go to gym because they feel they have to. A good rest might be better when you are tired after work.
