Thanks for posting this work out! Very timely for me–just started working calves back into my rotation and this has a couple of variations I’ve not tried yet. The great thing (and bad thing) about a good calf work out that you are well aware that you did it for days after every time you go to stand up!
This looks like a great calf workout Scott, I’ll be definitively working this into my legs and shoulder days this week! I’ve heard that the calves respond well to being done more than once a week/cycle (4 day split, doing it on two of those days for example.)
What do you think?
