If you’ve never been to a bodybuilding competition in person, it might seem quite intimidating with all that muscle painted dark and greasy, strutting it on stage.
Today our friend John Paul O’Neil, long time listener, first time caller talks about dazzling the crowds at his first two bodybuilding contests by posing to Madonna’s song Vogue ending with a death drop that shook the judges.
But in reality a lot of these contests have a wide variety of people from different ages, backgrounds and bodies ready to showcase their physiques.
