What is life like for gay teens in America today? Although we’ve made incredible gains in the past decade in bringing about social gains, political and religious acceptance still drag far behind. Ten years ago […]

Great show today. I wish I had known about the trevor project earlier. Luckily I had you guys over the past few years. BTW I tried buying the movie on itunes..i was having a little trouble…I used your link and when I tried to pay it was saying there was an error. Also its 1.99. I’ll try again later.
It\’s time for me to update my wardrobe…I’m buying both the new red and the digit.del. tee shirts (bc i love you guys) But I was a little weary…I want to use paypal for both…i dont see a link on either of them…also if i did order them seperatly would you guys ship them together?

Happy aniversary FOF. Love Mikey in college ;(

Loved the show today guys! Add me to the “wish I had the Trevor project when I was younger” crowd. I think that there was help like this when I was younger, I would have came out sooner. I didn’t come out until I was 26, but would have loved to have came out about ten years sooner so I could have came out to my mom (she passed away in 2002 and I didn’t come out until 2006). God bless you Charles Roberts, if you would ever open a call centre in Des Moines IA, please let me know so I can volunteer. I would love to help out other GLBT youths in their struggles so they can have it easier.

Again guys, thank you for the great show! Hopefully at least one gay youth will hear this and be saved from suicide.

  8. Rhea says:

I already mentioned this during the Gay Bloggies competition on one of Fausto’s entries, but I have to say that it was because of the FOF’s good works that I was inspired to volunteer at the local Queer resource centre, helping out on the peer counseling phone line, lending an ear not just to teens, but to people of all ages, from all walks of life, who are still trying to come to terms with their sexuality.

So if there isn’t a Trevor Helpline call centre in your area, there is probably a local gay or lesbian centre that could also use some volunteers, too. Small acts can indeed change the world.

  9. DO WANT. SHIRT.

i’m always very cheap when it comes to buying clothing..but i can’t resist this one >_< plus its helping a good cause.

great show! i’ve always known that the rate of suicide with gay teens is far greater than straight teens which is very sad.

OMG, don’t hate me, I forgot to wish you guys a happy tenth anniversary! Oh and Marc, Happy late birthday from a fellow Aquarius (almost Pisces, my bday is on the 18th, five minutes away from the 19th and being a Pisces).

  11. Sorry about that folks, Trevor is on iTunes for $1.99, not .99 cents.

  12. I would like to see if there is anything I can do locally. We had an obit in the paper last fall for a beautiful, talented kid. I just can\’t forget about this boy. He was into a lot of the same things as my kids, had so much to offer.

  13. merboy says:

Happy Anniversary guys. Congratulations on such a wonderful, important and inspiring show. Not just this episode in particular, but the show in general.

  14. Rick says:

I clicked on the link to buy the movie from iTunes and I had to pay $1.99, not .99. Excellent show guys – loved it as always!

  15. Wonderful show guys, thanks!

  16. Henry says:

Great message that many need to hear. Such a great cause, i wish it were around when i was younger.
Growing up in a rural area, it was difficult to express my thoughts to people around me. Good job spreading this message.
    Much love,
    Henry

  17. I remember watching Trevor sometime after it came out. Has it been that long? I remember I tried to come out when I was a junior in high school but it was just too difficult and I waited until I was in college.
