Is this the beginning of the end for the Costumed One? After a diva temper tantrum at a Yankees game, Lady Gaga was moved into comedian Jerry Seinfeld’s box to keep her from being chased by the papa-paparazzi.

Today we take a look at the inevitable blow-back that comes when an artist skyrockets to fame and success. Is there a backlash growing against Lady Gaga or is this just a few moments of celebrity bitchiness?

  1. I thought it was a Mets game?

  2. Alex Klein says:

In response to whether Lady Gaga is really facing a backlash, I think that more people are coming out of the woodwork to criticize her for the artistic choices she’s been making. Honestly, I don’t think her flipping off the paparazzi or being moved to a box seat by the choice of the management indicates her going off the deep end. She’s never been afraid to speak her mind, and anyone being hounded by the paparazzi would react the exact same way. I’m sure the management of the baseball game wanted to accommodate her so it didn’t come back to bite them in the ass. Either way, she’s already finished her next album that she’s planning on releasing at midnight on New Year’s Eve. I think people either love her or hate her, few are ambivalent, but if you don’t like her, then move on to something you do like. Personally, I think some people can’t stand to like the “popular” singer.

Here’s the link to the interview that Jerry Sienfeld did on WFAN, there’s no timer slide but the Lady Gaga part is about 3/4 of the way through.

At first he isn’t upset, just saying that he “doesn’t understand her” but seemed to be joking when he said “she’s a jerk”

You guys made my day! Thanks for the mention on today’s show. Although Violet Nine is still together and performing, my production company BCMedia Productions has grown substantially over the last couple years. It’s been my full time job for awhile now and I’m very grateful for and happy with it’s success. Here is some shameless self promotion. (after the mention on today’s show, i figure it is welcome)

You guys are the best. I’m so excited for the new blue shirt. EVERYONE needs to get one!

tea party members are mostly anti-war. tea party founders were ron-paul supporters who were very much antiwar
neo-cons are the ones that work for the military industrial complex and push for war
im afraid fausto was sterotyping tea party members

its a phenomenon where you cast people outside your own group with the same brush. im sure some people think all gays are the same

this is ron pauls stance on foriegn policy( basically removell funding for military overseas including bases all over the world and withdrawing all troops)

this is evidence of neocons hyjaking the tea party

Uff…Lady Gaga, I couldn’t care less about her.

  9. Joe Benson says:

I hope they rerun that show with Deven Green, I am so mad I missed it and just set my DVR to record all shows but I don’t see it on next week. I thought cable channels were supposed to run the shows over and over again.
